Return & Exchange Policy (30 Days)

At Orialle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to eligibility and product availability.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Instructions

  1. Ensure the item is unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached.

  2. Place the item securely back into the original packaging, if available.

  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at oriallestore@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage

Any non-returnable items will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Orialle is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
